Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with lemon peel twist, and serve. Note Honey Syrup (makes 1/2 cup ounces): Combine 1/4 cup honey and 1/4 cup near-boiling water in a small heatproof bowl. Stir until dissolved. Let cool to room temperature before using.
